These are excellent nearly lint-free wipes. For all regular purposes these can be treated as lint-free wipes and in my use I only ever noticed a few very small fiber strands come off these wipes and this was likely caused by the wipe snagging a rough edge of the machined steel part I was wiping. I used this wipes for the final parts cleaning and wipe down on all engine components of SBC engine rebuild I recently performed. These work much better at leaving less particles behind than a lint-free shop paper towel. I've worked in a class 10,000 clean room before manufacturing ultra high vacuum components and we used wipes like these exclusively in the clean room. I highly recommend these wipes.
