Review on Logitech G G413 Romer-G gaming keyboard, black by Stanisaw Lewczuk ᠌

A complete disaster, the product definitely did not pass the quality check!!!

This is my first mechanic. After the low-profile membrane, at first there was a feeling that I had moved to a typewriter. The membrane was much nicer. Hoping that the mechanics will give some advantage in games in my opinion is not worth it. There will be no skill increase. This is a purely individual choice on what to play. You won’t feel an at your fingertips either, but rather the opposite: after a soft and gentle low-profile membrane, there will be a feeling of something extremely rough, condo and noisy. I also noticed in some reviews people write that keycaps are supposedly fragile. I wish these people would look at erfly keyboards and understand what fragility looks like. In my opinion, something, but this keyboard does not hold the strength. No, of course, if you hammer on it with all your might or pick off the keycaps with a screwdriver, then of course everything will break. But if treated with care, then I'm sure this keyboard will last a long time. As a result, if you really really want mechanics, then take it. And if in doubt whether it is worth switching to mechanics, then it’s better to buy yourself a decent membrane.

Pros
  • Stylish design, heavy, durable, and generally gives the impression of a quality solid product. I was pleased that the keycaps can be easily removed, making the keyboard easy to clean.
Cons
  • They are. 1. No Num Lock indicator. Instead, there is a completely useless indicator for disabling the Win key - who needs it anyway? Well, ok, let's say you need it. But was it really difficult to add another light bulb? 2. Keycaps are made of matte plastic, they leave traces. Therefore, the keyboard will have to be wiped regularly. 3. Of course, the sound. Not only a knock is heard, but also the ringing of springs. But it is interesting that during the game there is even less noise than during typing. That is, a lot depends on how hard you hit the keys. I did not compare it with other mechanics, but compared to the membrane it is much louder. AFTER TWO YEARS OF USE I WILL SUPPLEMENT THE REVIEW AND PUT ONE STAR INSTEAD OF FOUR. Physically, the keyboard is in perfect order, nothing has broken or worn out. But after about two years, double clicks began to work. Solved the problem with the Keyboard Chattering Fix, but, as you understand, this is a crutch, it's no good. In general, I rather regret that I bought into advertising and switched to mechanics. It didn't give me any tangible benefits.
