I like that you can use it for so many different things, but most importantly it allows me to give my employees gift cards for their favorite places or businesses. It is easy to set up and it's very user friendly. The only thing I dislike about this system is that sometimes the website will freeze and not load. Sometimes it takes a couple of minutes to load back up. But other than that it has been great! It helps us keep track of where our employees are spending their money. We have also been able to give them gift cards for their favorite places.
