It was easy to set up right after purchase. I have an older security system and the cameras came out one after the other so I decided to try this camera as an internal camera to check the price, application etc. I had no problems connecting to my router (dual band 2.4). GHz / 5.0 GHz frequencies via tri-band tuning) wirelessly. The app hasn't crashed for me yet. I use Android (tablet/phone) and Windows desktop client (download from ZOSI website). This camera lived up to expectations and exceeded the video quality. There are no problems with two-way audio. I am now going to switch to a ZOSI radio system to replace the old system (which is about 4 years old). The picture quality is a notch above what I have, a huge difference (720 on my old one).
