I like that it's very customizable, from the type of contact information, to the types of reports I can generate for listing management and advertising efforts. There are some things that have been difficult to understand when editing reports, and there is at least one glitch in the platform that results in broken links on certain listings/properties, so be careful about what you're doing before clicking! Make sure you have all your info ready! Reporting for our property managers with this software has gotten much easier. We've seen such a significant reduction in the amount of double entries for our properties as a result - which was our biggest complaint in the past! Also, the reports themselves are way more specific than we're used to when doing manual reporting - and more comprehensive! The feature to add new listings, edit existing ones or delete them is very simple to use with this software.The support team will help you in any way they can. I don't have anything negative to say about Rocket Data as everything works great for us. It's easy to manage our listing management. We've been using it since we started out selling houses and now that we're getting more serious about growing the business, having all of our data centralized has made things much easier.
