Bought on the recommendation of a trainer at the gym. I have cerebral palsy, can't balance properly and my left heel never touches the ground - I've been like this most of my life and my old sneakers literally fell off my left foot trying to exercise. Well, not anymore! I was a little apprehensive as my husband once owned his own pair of Vibrams many years ago and complained about how painful they could be, but I took it with an open mind and this pair (my first pair) were just amazing. They are extremely comfortable, they stay on my feet and most importantly, my balance and gait are gradually improving! Thanks again Vibram!
