The winch pulls great. The parts that come with it are fine. Remote connection SUCK! See photos, fell apart after first use. As I have everything fitted with brackets etc it is cheaper to fix it myself than to send it back. If it hadn't been for that, I would have easily given it 5 stars. But the high quality of workmanship and bolts of different sizes reduce the quality of the view. Now I'm worried about durability, but like I said, everything's great. To update. VERY INSECURE. When using a garden tractor, the motor did not stop after releasing the "IN" button. In desperation, I disconnected the battery just before the mower, nearby vehicle, and winch were seriously damaged. This is only the 2nd time used. As soon as the power was switched off, the control unit made a "click" with all the cables. Plugged in again and done. I'll try WiFi next time. Hope this doesn't happen again.
