Love this thing! If you tighten everything properly it will be very solid and will allow me to use the navigation without tugging on the phone in my hands. I never realized how much effort I had to go to to make the navigation chart visible so I could look at it. Obviously the eyes are on the road and not the phone, but this gadget keeps the phone safe and accessible rather than hopping around the console where you have to catch it. It also has an open area in the middle of the bottom where my phone's charging port is - very useful for LONG rides when navigation is eating your battery life.
