Fire hazard but otherwise great
The cups are excellent, strong and well insulated. The only problem is that they definitely burn in the microwave. I usually use the same mug throughout the day and just warm them up or add more coffee, so I needed to know if they would last. Obviously they are flammable. All other brands I've tried could handle a quick 2 minute warm-up time, this took 1:30 of that time before I could smell burning. So if you don't heat them, they're great.
