So far, so good. I am very curvy (before the bump made itself known), so I found using the pillow as they do in the pictures not comfortable for my legs. I just flipped it over, so the short end supports my back. Bonus: hormones have made my backside particularly warm, and more can circulate around my bum.The pillow really does seem to not trap much heat, which is incredible for the Summer.My sister has anxiety and autism. She tried it out, and found it so comforting that she requested one for her birthday.
