Not as adjustable as I thought - you get a set of ten levers in three different lengths and you can swap them out as needed, but there's no real "pull" on them once installed. iPad or whatever. It's designed to only be used in two positions with the support arms under load, but this gives you partial access to all of the connection ports on the back of your device. In my case I had to find a way to mount my device with brackets on both sides as I couldn't have brackets covering one of the ports on the back. It serves the purpose I bought it for but I'm skeptical of how long it will last. So I'm considering other options. To be honest I don't use it for my laptop/ipad/phone, I use it to mount a Boss AD-5 Acoustic Instrument processor on a mic stand and so far it does the job.
