This thing couldn't even cut through a 2 inch thick piece of cheddar cheese without the blade bending on its own. I had to cut a bunch of cheese. I soon learned that if I cut half on one side, flip, and then half on the other side, I would get these concave slices with jagged edges. With each blow, the blade had to be reshaped. As soon as it touches the cheese, the thin blade begins to curve inward.
