Bad! I am not satisfied with the quality of the product.
This is the fourth product from Fitbit. My wife got used to it (application), plus there are scales. Alta still works, but there is nothing to break - there are no moving parts. I read reviews on the Versa before buying, I saw low ratings, but I took a chance, I thought that it was the Americans / Germans that were stupid, it turned out that I was stupid. By the way, they don’t send a replacement to the 2022, they did it through an intermediary (with delivery to shipito, and then to the 2022 at the post office).
- They live with normal wear for 4-5 days, with a load of 3 days. The dials seem to be there. A 2022 version for the application has recently appeared, but the watch interface has not been translated into 2022. Ali is full of straps. Steps are considered more accurate, better than Amazfits and Xiaomi. Notifications come from applications, much better than those of Amazfit or Huawei.
- For a little over a year of use, the watch broke 2! times. The first time in six months - a cyclic reboot, the support recommended to reset them, reflash, then offered to replace them. The second clock worked for about 3-4 months and also began to constantly reboot. The clock periodically stopped responding to touch. Somewhere else after 2 months the problem became permanent, followed by a new replacement. We report how much they will work and throw away, I don’t want to mess with the replacement anymore. The quality of software / hardware at Fitbit has fallen below the plinth.
