After 20 minutes of playing F. E.A. R. the hand was so tired that I had to stop and rest. I had to fight mainly not with bots, but with a mouse - its thick and heavy cable terribly hinders movement. And this despite the fact that the X-718BK itself glides on the mat significantly better than my old X-718F! What to do is absolutely not clear. On the one hand, the 718BK is clearly better than the 718F in terms of technical characteristics. On the other hand, a heavy, rigid USB cord negates all its advantages. Perhaps this mouse can only be recommended to those who have the system unit on the table. All other people who have a system unit on the floor (and, therefore, whose mouse cord will hang down and constantly rub against the edge of the table during movements) will surely get tired quickly. Personally, I partially compensated for the problem of difficult movement due to the heavy cable by switching the optics to a more sensitive mode, but it's still unpleasant. A4Tech seriously messed up in this case. Of course, I fully admit that I had such inconvenience with the cable only because I was used to the thin and weightless cable of the old 718F, but I think it’s time for A4Tech to switch all their mice to thin cables in order to avoid such nonsense .
