Good reliable product! The helmet itself fits well, if a bit tight. Based on other reviews this will adjust over time as it fits my head. Setting up the Bluetooth part turned out to be a lot easier than I thought. Even before my helmet arrived, I received an email from the company explaining that the battery may have gone into "automatic low power protection mode" during shipping and that I would purchase a 12-36 volt charger for it would have to. To be honest, I just popped the battery into my existing iPhone charger and it charged straight away. The included instructions also didn't mention using the iPad's power adapter. I only wore the helmet for a short ride to feel comfortable and visible and to try out the clear visor and tinted goggles. The helmet feels a little heavy for 3 pounds, but that may be because I'm used to a half helmet. I did notice that the visor does fog up a bit at very low speeds, but not too much. At higher speeds it doesn't matter. The view was perfect. The ventilation system didn't seem to do much, but that could be true of all (or most) full-face helmets. An additional treat were the gloves, which were included as a kind of free gift. I wasn't expecting much because you can't choose the size of the gloves - they will send you gloves in the same size as the helmet you ordered. I ordered a large helmet and would order XL gloves if given the choice. Well I'm glad I didn't as the large gloves fit really well and are so good they will replace my existing gloves! They fit a little but are thin enough to let your arms move freely and are very comfortable to twist the throttle in. Overall the helmet looks good and is well made. I never want to find out if it will protect my head in an accident but I'm sure it will!
