Not fantastic quality, but typical of the types of cutting sets you can get at places like Harbor Freight. They all use C2 carbon steel for the cutting edge. It's not the best, but what do you expect for less than $2 each? So they dull faster than higher-order bits, but that's not a problem for me as such a set isn't definitive. This is only a starting point, as there are always many possibilities. And as your craft evolves, you'll expand this collection of quality vinyl cutters that you actually use and rely on. Although functionally insignificant, the paint on it is very sloppy, chipping and peeling here and there. But that's a minor issue compared to the bigger issue that this collection is too heavy to ship in such sub-packaging.
