As a result of using these shoes, I found that they provided excellent support and traction for my cross-country runs. The grip held up well on uneven terrain and the shoes were comfortable to wear throughout my workout. The colors and design also make them stylish for everyday wear. The only downside was that they felt a little narrow in the toe box, but this can easily be remedied with a wider size selection. Overall, a great purchase.
