I've found this to be very easy for our team in terms of sending out multiple types/emails as well tracking them all via their reporting dashboard, also they're able help with any issues we have had over time which is great! You can configure almost everything you need so there isn't much room left when configuring an e-mail campaign - however if something does come up then customer service responds quickly (within 1 hour).
We use clicksend mainly because its simple & helps us get started without having too many customisations needed from one end point setup through senders etc., The only thing i dislike about using clicksend would probably being limited due to not allowing access outside North America unless pay extra / yearly subscription fee but overall still good experience compared other providers around! Sending bulk mailable items such newsletters into clients who may receive hundreds each month.
