I have thin, straight, shoulder length hair and I have a hard time finding clips that really hold my hair in place. These are strong clips, not too heavy, with a smooth, shiny texture. The clip is really strong and the plastic feels high quality and not brittle. The clips don't protrude past the back of the head and are thin enough to look quite elegant. They are packaged in a beautiful blue box which looks overdone but they arrived in perfect condition. Comes with two tortoiseshell colors, one lighter than the other. Both are very natural and beautiful. Overall one of the best claw clips I've ever had. Highly recommended.
