I read that this is a replacement for a comfortable buckle belt and as my buckle was fine only the belt was worn. I didn't pay attention to the width of this replacement and thought all comfort buckle straps were the same, but mine is 1 1/4 inches long so this strap will not fit the comfort buckle. I cut it before I knew it. and cut it to fit my waist so now it can't be returned - I ordered a new comfort clasp that came with a new buckle - buyer beware
