To start with the chair I bought was actually sold out and they substituted it for another product that was similar. The chair itself came with a rip in the seat and most of the decorative plastic chipped or broken. After speaking with their customer service I received a new seat but they refused to fix the plastic. The overall look of the chair is very pleasing to look at and looks really cool but not great for long sessions. Sitting for too long makes the chair uncomfortable and hot. I normally get up after a few hours of gaming to a sweaty back and or bottom because of the lack of breathability t o the chair. The armrests also are very loose and will generally not stay in one place.Edit: customer service is extremely helpful and will do anything to help you.
