I had this backpack for about 3 months and it was a good backpack! I haven't handled it with care and carried quite a bit in it and it has held up better than other bags! My main issues with this are: 1) The straps aren't sewn on, so if you have broad shoulders or a full backpack, you might not have enough straps to keep it from slipping out of the little thing holding it together (this happened about 6 times) ) The zipper for the pocket above the two smaller ones literally just came undone. I pulled on it with normal force without tearing or anything and it just kept coming out of the zipper and I couldn't put it back on! 3) The point where the straps connect to the bag at the top has started. tear/rub! Maybe it's just my handling of the bag or the things I kept in it, but I'll keep an eye out if you tend to carry heavier things like me or don't treat the bag kindly!
