Waaaay too tight in my rating.
Looks good but too tight. I don't understand how a tie can be fastened and removed so tightly without damaging the tie. I would never find out with a decent tie, that's for sure. This clip sits deep in my top drawer and will most likely never see the light of day again. Not recommended.
