I bought the size 12-18 months and it fits perfectly, there is room to grow! BUT I RECOMMEND MEASURING YOUR BABY'S FEET TO GET THE RIGHT SIZE! My 10 month old refuses to wear any normal shoes and has been walking for over a month now. This is the first couple he hasn't yelled or thrown tantrums at. !The sole is so flexible and thin he LOVES THEM AND GOES INTO THIS BUT THEY ARE VERY PROTECTIVE ALSO, we live in South Florida and today he walked for over an hour on a very hot pavement and his feet stayed cool! He has very fat and wide feet, so they are really very adjustable with velcro!
