Product works well. Keep in mind that you need to turn off the Nest Guard motion detection feature in the Nest app or you'll get false motion alerts. Instead, you'll need to install the Nest Detect sensor where Nest Guard is installed. Also, you lose the functionality of the panic button as it is no longer available. In terms of installation, you need to install it next to the light switch, so you can connect the power directly to the light switch. Powered from the female end of a simple extension cord.
