Overall, this is a truly complete protein option! Before I talk about all the good points, I want to address the elephant in the review. It doesn't taste like vanilla angel cake at all. The flavor is vanilla but a bit chalky and it tastes like any other vanilla protein on the market. That being said, this protein still really competes with other proteins, especially if you're looking for a vegan option. The ingredients give me peace of mind; only 11 ingredients, including 3 vitamins. Each serving contains 20g of protein. 2 scoops = 1 serving per 100 calories. I've doubled this amount many times for my smoothies and found I can get over 11 servings from one container (exactly what you're told). At the current prices I think it's great value for money. creamy consistency; I usually mix almond milk in the recommended ratio of 2 scoops: 10 oz. If you're looking for a non-dairy protein option, I recommend trying this one. Don't expect the taste to be cakey, but I have a feeling you'll enjoy it anyway and get a good bang for your buck.
