Arrived broken - Photo and video accessories

I opened the package and the product was broken. The three-way head, the platform on which the nozzles are attached, has been completely demolished. The packaging is not damaged but the product itself is. ALSO beware, they do not allow returns on this product. So I guess I'm SOL.
