I bought several strands of these battery operated fairy lights because I wanted some nice backlighting for some scenes for a video we were shooting in Parking at night without Power outlet. We shot with solid lights for three nights and haven't had to charge any AA batteries yet, which was a pleasant surprise. Because they don't need to be plugged into an outlet or generator like my old fairy lights, they're much easier to use for my purposes when we're fixing the background between scenes. They add a nice touch to the camera, and since they're battery-powered, they don't have the annoying strobing that often comes with videos. I recommend these garlands for any purpose that you need quality garlands for. Photos are attached.
