I was having trouble finding a cheap left stabilizer bar so I gave this one a try. A doctor (many years ago) advised me to wear something around my wrists at night. I've done this from time to time, but lately I've had to look for something better. This fits the bill. This works for both hands and for me it does exactly what I need. I still use the old one that is no longer available and when it wears out I can buy another one of these. In conclusion, I wanted something less expensive (than the pharmacy) and I managed to find something. this worked for me; a pleasant surprise. For me, this allows me to print and do tasks without discomfort (I don't wear it during the day, only at night). I also take breaks from repetitive tasks or just switch them up, that helps too.
