There is a line in the middle where the two application pads meet. Also, there are lugs on both ends that are supposed to help with attachment and then come loose, but they don't come off cleanly. The red (3) on a white background is the bottom tab. It broke straight in half. The edges are not clean at all. These photos were taken after I trimmed off the excess molding with scissors. The only useful feature is that it doesn't interfere with the touchscreen.
