I was concerned about buying this whitening kit as I wasn't sure it would work for me. I have stubborn coffee stains and my natural tooth color has never been white. I've been using this set every day for the past 8 days. I've read some reviews that leave it on for 30 minutes. I've tried this, but I wouldn't recommend it if you have very sensitive teeth like mine. I use 10min. every day and it works great! No discomfort or sensitivity. My teeth have gotten a few shades lighter, which I'm very happy about as most of the gels and toothpastes I've tried haven't really worked. I will buy this product again to continue my progress and get even better results. And I have a few tips for you! Place cotton pads or balls under your tongue and lay them flat when using them. I have found that I salivate a lot when the tray is in my mouth and this has helped me a lot. Also, use a small brush to apply the gel to your teeth, avoiding the gums. I find this provides a smoother application. Wet your lips before putting them in your mouth as the splint stretches them a bit and it is uncomfortable when your lips are dry. Enjoy!
