Review on πŸͺ Metal Whip Attachment for Bosch Mixer: Cookie Paddles by Matt Chirila

Works great in a blender Parts and Accessories

I have used these blades to prepare biscuits, cold cream cheese and many other things. They work well and wash great. Remove them and put them in the dishwasher. Make sure you have fully read and understood the instructions that come with each Bosch attachment. These paddles cannot be used with cold/semi-cold butter, raisins, chocolate chips or similar. This will stop the mixing and break the blade. If you're making a particularly thick cookie dough, like sugar or gingerbread, you'll need to switch to the dough hook when you reach the flour stage. The difference between these cookie scoops and cake scoops is the air entrapment. You can also use it for cake batter, although it won't be as fluffy after mixing. The reason they are made of plastic that breaks if you press too hard and not metal is to save your car. If something gets caught and the car keeps moving, the 800W motor will burn out. That's why the gears in Kitchenaid pull out when someone bakes bread frequently. The metal hook keeps spinning and pushing the motor even if it's putting up too much resistance. Built to be powerful, the Bosch can take a beating, but you have to be careful. When in doubt, always use a dough hook.
