Review on Paw Patrol Chase Adventure Cruiser Roller Coaster - Blue, Step2 by Harry Ashcraft

We ordered this for my son’s 3rd birthday and the delivery deadline was cutting it a little too close for our comfort. So I emailed the 3rd party company that is selling them and explained the situation. I got an email back I believe the next day saying that they got it shipped out and it was on the way! It even got here a day or two earlier. They were so kind and really did what they could to get it here on time, which I am beyond thankful for.The only negative is that when it came, it had some issues, it seemed almost used (very clean but some issues) it had some scratches, a dent and what seemed to be stript holes where things needed to be clicked into place. Now if we had opened it before midnight the night/morning of my son’s birthday they absolutely would have replaced any parts needed, but by no fault of their own was it too late. The cosmetic imperfections are easily forgotten about and it just took us 4 of our own screws to sturdy it up and get it to work perfectly. I think this is an amazing company and it sounds like they ship the items from a manufacturer and not themselves and I believe that the manufacturer is to blame. So my only suggestion is to not wait last minute like we did and to make sure everything is correct allowing the company time to fix anything wrong with it. They offered to replace any and all parts we wanted but since it’s working fine and will get beat up soon enough, I’m overall very happy with it. My 3 year old loves it and I feel it is as safe as a small rollercoaster can be for a child lol. 😊
