Too short and ugly: Accessory
All I can say is that this strap was shorter than the other 36 inch straps I have, so 2 inches longer than your waist size at least. The quality is normal, but I didn't like it live, I gave it to a skinny friend. I don't blame the seller but I will not buy these things online unless I see them elsewhere and see what they actually look like.
