First of all, this is an amazing looking watch and amazing build quality. But that's where it all ends. The extra black rubber strap that comes with the kit is NOT SUITABLE! I've tried and tried but it will NOT last. This makes the watch unusable for me if you want to wear it in water as the leather strap is not designed to get wet. . . waste of time. The point is. I couldn't sleep well last night. I got up 4 times every night. The sleep tracking results showed I woke up once. Not only did I get up 4 times, I was awake more often. Tracking my walks: When I look at the graph after a walk, it seems to me that I walked all the way. Some GPS tracking. My old Fitbit worked much better than this one. Looks like I'm looking for other smartwatches. Unfortunately, this is not a very smart watch. I don't recommend that at all. Update: I think I have a homeless watch considering most people here are into it. Maybe an exchange is possible.
