Opens and closes well. Durable, lightweight and well built product. I've been using it for a few months and have never scratched my belt or lost my keys. At first I was skeptical about this type of keychain, but today I am very satisfied. It's nice to walk around with no keys in your pocket, it's faster to get the keys when you open the door, and there are no more holes in dress pants (around the pockets). The only downside is that now I have themed music when I leave; it consists of the sound of my keys shaking.
