Update 2: Today is 11/10/20 and the clock is ticking. It survived another 8 weeks of care and occasional everyday wear. Update 1: Shortly after my review (about 1 day) I received an email from the seller regarding my concerns. They offered to replace the watch and I received it within 3 days of checking. Talk about great customer service. I changed my rating from one star to four stars because any company that stands behind their product and provides great customer service is a company that I am willing to support. I wore them to class today (it's part of my uniform) and I hope the first incident was an accident. I bought this watch on June 7th, 2019 for nursing school. I liked that it had a big face and was easy to read. School started on August 19th. Today is September 17th. Wearing twice a week for a whole month wasn't enough. That's all. About 5 hours of lessons twice a week. The matter did not reach the clinic. DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH! Sorry to yell, but if you're like me, I don't have $40 to throw away. So what happened? I sat down for a lesson and the glass just flew out. Small pieces all over the table. I didn't hit him or anything. Such a waste. Now I need a new watch.
