The design is just terrible, it's a chore to keep in your ears. A month later, the battery holds a charge for 10 minutes and the right earpiece stopped working. The controls are terrible, you have to hold down the volume button for 3 seconds to skip a song or it just changes the volume. The microphone is rather weak. The Bluetooth connection works when the phone and headphones are on the same side of your body with a direct line of sight to your router, otherwise it gets disconnected very often. There were good track control wireless headphones from Sony that they discontinued and came up with this useless design. Sony is no exception when it comes to money, not customer satisfaction. Luckily they weren't expensive, but after only a few months and then thrown in the trash, they became the most expensive headphones in the world. I know you may think these reviews are unfair, that's what I thought about it, but I was dead wrong. Look for headphones with good reviews, they won't help you. An absolute waste of money and a huge hassle to keep this thing in your ears when a heavy battery is hanging around your neck (the one in the middle of the earbuds).
