The best feature is the ability to integrate with Google Calendar. It is a simple tool to manage your employee's time. It is easy to schedule time off and send time off requests. I wish it was more customizable. It limits the way you can format a time off request. It is not very user friendly for the average user. I have been using CavinHR for G Suite for a year now. I have been able to set up all my employee's time off requests and send out notifications to the employees for time off. I like the ability to have a central place to store all of my employee information. I like that the system is easy to use and navigate. I dislike the lack of integration with other systems. I would like to have more options for payroll and benefits. CavinHR is a great tool for any company that is looking for a user friendly system with a lot of flexibility. I am able to keep all of my employee information in one place. I can also easily share information with my team members.
