Well what a disappointment. I bought this toothpaste to remineralize my teeth as they became more yellowish with more white spots and I also noticed transparency. This is a sign that the teeth are demineralizing and thus losing enamel, exposing the natural yellow color of the dentin beneath the enamel. One tube lasted me two months and I used it every day, not just at night. I brushed my teeth once. However, I did an extra treatment in the beginning by brushing it and leaving it on my teeth (not rinsed off) either overnight or at least for a while after brushing. I mean, it needs to make contact with your teeth and "fill in" tiny cracks, crevices and the like on the surface, so it only makes sense that more contact means more filling. But after a while I noticed that my teeth suddenly became very sensitive and I had never had tooth sensitivity before. So I immediately stopped leaving it on and from that point on I just cleaned and rinsed straight away and the sensitivity was gone immediately and never came back. So it looks like this toothpaste made my teeth sensitive when I left it on. Why would he do that when he needs to fill his teeth? After finishing the whole tube I was very disappointed that my teeth looked the same as when I started. If you are just looking for a simple toothpaste that will clean your teeth, this is certainly it. It has a very pleasant mint flavor and cleans exceptionally well, leaving teeth very smooth and clean and mouth fresh. However, it didn't work as far as the claims go, so it was a flop for the reason I bought it. I will go ahead and try Uncle Harry's dental products which make big claims about the ability to remineralize teeth. . Wish me luck!
