This teether came exactly as pictured, a wooden cloud shaped teether with ties and bells. The cloud shape is perfect for my 6 month grip. She likes to put all parts of this toy in her mouth. The bells so close to the wooden teething piece make me nervous at times because I feel like the bells can be sharp on her gums if she bites one of them. I just keep an eye on them when we play with them and everything is fine. Teether, visual sense experience (ribbons) and auditory sense experience (bells) are a great combination.
