Pleasantly surprised and very happy with the quality.
I bought it for my granddaughter who runs, she was delighted with the gift and started demonstrating its benefits to each of us at the gym. wow ! Who would have thought that a stick with silicone nubs all over your body could be so wonderful and deal with kinks and knots in your back and leg muscles so well? My husband thinks it would be good for his fasciitis planter too. I have a feeling we will be buying more in the near future.
