I don't understand how they got so many positive reviews for clean sound. My sound is terrible! So much noise and interference from one or two mics, even on different channels. I've tried different locations, speakers and headphones but can't get them to sound good. A mic/packet sounds like bad radio reception with a lot of hiss and you need to hold the mic about 1 inch from your mouth for it to pick up. You can't just put on a headset or pin a lapel to your clothes. You have to hold it to your face with your hand for it to pick up the sound. Two microphones/transmitters working at the same time produce twice as much noise plus lots of noise. Perhaps you could use them for the occasional live performance on a PA system if your audience isn't at all picky about sound quality, but I wouldn't use them for any type of audio recording unless you want your listeners/ Viewers with this annoy poor sound quality and your editors are a nightmare trying to remove all hiss, noise and interference. What they can't. The whole thing will just sound like shit. I really liked the idea of this set. The kit contained everything you could theoretically need. I like rechargeable devices. There is no need to purchase separate batteries. For a while you can use the custom made box and upholstery as a suitcase. Everything worked according to the plug-and-play principle. Charged, plugged in and easily connected. Seemingly such a big deal, but that's only when it works and doesn't work. In the sense that the sound quality is painfully poor and difficult to hear. I have never been able to post anything recorded with these mics because the results are not audible. I received the wrong set?
