Great for making balloon garlands
So when I started I knew they wouldn't float with helium. I just wanted to fill them with air (not helium) for a balloon garland. I filled them with an air pump and a drinking straw. There was no straw in the bag to inflate the balloons (which sucks because they can't be refilled unless you have professional gear like me). Anyway, the straw was the perfect way to pump air into balloons to keep them from popping. I had a leaky balloon of 9 or so that I inflated, which isn't a huge percentage, but I didn't care because I didn't need all 50 balloons.
