Update: Upgrading my 3 stars to 5 stars for excellent customer service They contacted me about my mediocre satisfaction and got my money back Pros: - Size XL , suitable for taller people like me - Great for side sleepers - Adequate padding - Machine washable cover - Very warm Cons: - Pretty cumbersome to change cover - Takes up a lot of space as it looks in the photo If you are on your side for example sleep, you will not feel the other arm wrap around your back - If you sleep on your back, your shoulders roll forward - sitting is not as comfortable for me as it is for you. The arm is not thick enough to support the natural curve of my legs.
