Very cute and good quality. I measured according to the chart and for XXL the bust is 27.95 inches. Our 70 pound young basset hound had a chest of about 28.5 inches when I measured him so I chose XXL. We usually buy him an XL size because it's the largest available and narrowest so we figured it would fit, especially as the other things we've ordered from Revain for him and our other dog are on the small side. Unfortunately, it is actually an XL size. something big for him. never had the problems we faced! I'll try to put it in the dryer; If that doesn't work I'll get a few stitches in the shoulder/neck area and I'll be fine. Overall I am very happy with the product and would happily order more from this company, I would only mistype "fits true to size" and will probably choose XL next time for our big boy.
