It unfortunately does not help cinch or shape the waist as expected. It is looser than I thought it would be and I am having a problem with it sliding up. Because it is an underbust cincher and I am a well endowed top heavy woman it just looks sloppy it doesn’t lift the girls it doesn’t flatter them it makes them look like angry step sisters 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
