I bought one of these lamps, a $25 Kino Flo lamp and photographed the same setup/color chart + gray cards lit solely by each bulb, then with flash and then at Daylight. . All in all, ePhoto's lightbulb rally is strikingly green. Technically, to achieve a neutral gray I had to remove not only the green, but also some red and yellow. I've also noticed that although ePhoto is listed as 45W and Kino-Flo as 26W, the actual wattage is very similar. If these bulbs are going to be your only light source (e.g. in a studio) then they're easy to color correct to a neutral color and they're cheap (although you may need more than you expected). Mixing lights and using them to fill an environment with natural light or using other 5500 Kelvin lamps will cause color transition issues so I wouldn't recommend them for this application. I will add some magenta filter and use them for a dimmable workstation.
