Review on CSAS/Pro Utility Billing by Joe Garczynski

It's easy for our department staff members who do not have computer skills, or those without access due it being behind their firewall system; this is very helpful! I like how all of my employees can log in at any given moment using an internet connection (we don't always use computers during normal business hours). Sometimes we run into issues with users logging out while still working - but since most people know what program you're logged onto there isn’t much else one could say about such matters other than "it happens sometimes"!! We haven't found anything yet which would make us dislike having them installed as far back office software goes- everything has been great sofar. It provides all the information you need to bill your customers for their service, including date of service, amount billed, etc. I would like to see more options in the system such as being able to create multiple bills at once. Also, it is difficult to locate certain pieces of information with this program. However, everything else about the program is great! It's easy to use, saves money on labor costs, and eliminates paper billing.
