Exactly as pictured and you get what you pay for. This worked great for my 8 year old daughter for her dad's daughter dance. Still 4 stars because it had a terrible smell from the packaging and the cord/pom poms don't tie well.
- They are perfect for my two flower girls!!! They're even great for Christmas photos!
